Granite Stones

Granite tops usually contain a degree of porosity and can absorb staining liquids. To avoid this, don’t use liquids containing lemon, bleach, ammonia, or strong acids or bases. A mild detergent with a damp cloth will be sufficient for most situations.

Engineered Stones

To clean engineered stones we recommend water and a mild detergent. If you have a difficult stain, use Ajax, Gumption or Jiff with a plastic scourer. Like granite, avoid using harsh chemicals.

Benchtops & Cupboards

While resistant to most household stains, laminates should be cleaned with care to avoid scratching or damaging the surface. Avoid scourers or other abrasive cleaners. We suggest a mild cleanser like Ajax or warm soapy water. Microfibre cloths can also be used without chemicals.

Although our benchtops are sealed with a waterproof adhesive for maximum protection, take care to avoid contact with water and hot objects around this area where possible.

While 2pac paint is extremely hardy, they can still be scratched and stained. Mild cleansers and non-abrasive cleaning cloths can be used in most cases. If your 2pac surface is chipped, coat the area with touch-up paint.

Stainless steel appliances may be cleaned with either warm soapy water or a mild cleanser. There are also specialised stainless steel cleaners on the market that both restore the surface and repel dirt and smudges.

Splashbacks are made from toughened glass, which is durable and hardwearing. To keep the surface spotless, we recommend using a cleanser or warm soapy water. Abrasive cleaners and scourers should not be used as they can damage or scratch the glass. Microfibre cloths ensure you achieve a streak and smudge-free finish, without the use of chemicals.
